ForgeCast AI is released as a public beta. It is a work in progress and is not a finished, polished, or production-ready product. By accessing or using ForgeCast AI, you acknowledge and agree that you use the service entirely on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

All outputs, recommendations, estimates, and predictions generated by ForgeCast AI are derived from published reference data, physics-based models, and engineering approximations. They are not yet calibrated against first-party measured test results. You assume all risk associated with the use of this beta software and any output it produces.

Quantum Diffusion Corp. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that ForgeCast AI will be accurate, reliable, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Diffusion Corp. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, ForgeCast AI;
• any output, recommendation, or estimate generated by the service;
• any reliance placed on such outputs in design, manufacturing, or qualification decisions;
• any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or deletion of your transmissions or data.

ForgeCast AI outputs are intended for early design exploration and screening only. They are not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, detailed analysis, or physical qualification testing. You must independently verify all critical values — including but not limited to material properties, fatigue life estimates, process parameters, and cost projections — through appropriate experimental and analytical methods before using them in production or safety-critical applications.

All content, software, and materials provided through ForgeCast AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, are the property of Quantum Diffusion Corp. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data, designs, or models you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of ForgeCast AI after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
